Purposes

The personal data collected in the specific forms on the website and entered voluntarily by the users of the website, including personal information, contact data, profession, association, company/body, are subject to processing and are processed and used directly for the following purposes:

(a) to process the user’s requests for information related to the company activities or products marketed, requests for product catalogues or brochures, product data sheets or any other type of requests received from customers. The data are processed for instrumental and/or complementary purposes, including filing, processing in full compliance with the principle of fairness and lawfulness and in compliance with the law.

(b) to send information on future commercial and promotional initiatives; to inform of services and offers/proposals of the Controller, to send invitations to seminars or conferences and for all linked and instrumental purposes.

Intended users

The collected data will not be disseminated, sold or exchanged with third party subjects without your express consent, notwithstanding possible and limited communications deemed necessary to process requests. As regards the request for catalogues, please not that such requests will first be examined directly by the Controller.

Data transfer outside the EU

The subject’s data will not be transferred to any countries outside the EU. In the future if data are transferred to third countries outside the EU or international organisations, all provisions of Chapter V (EU Regulation 2016/679) will be observed to ensure an adequate level of protection.

Storage period

The data you provide will be stored for a maximum of 5 years from the last contact or active correspondence relating to the requests forwarded. As regards the sending of newsletters, they will be stored until a request for cancellation is received.

Rights of the Data Subject

You have the right to ask the data controller for access to your data, to rectify, restrict and erase them as required at any time. You may always ask for full specifications of processing and your rights by writing to the contact details made available by the Controller and indicated at the start of this policy.

Withdrawal of consent
