the Company Alesco srlvia delle Lenze n° 216/B – (56122) Pisa in the person of its pro-tempore legal representative, in his or her capacity as Data Controller of the processing of personal data, hereby informs interested parties of the purposes and procedures involved in the processing of the personal data collected, the communication and circulation of said data and consenting or otherwise supplying this data.


Identifiable personal data collected from the individual concerned are object of the processing and are directly processed and used to fulfil information requests;


Data is processed using computer-based and electronic means and, secondarily, using paper means, operated by the Data Controller and specifically designated data controllers, ensuring, in any event, that the data is processed in compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003 and all other amendments.  Data is stored in electronic and computer-based files, ensuring that the minimum safety measures are implemented in accordance with the provisions laid down by the legislature and those suitable to guarantee an adequate level of protection for the data being processed.


Data shall not be circulated, sold or exchanged with entities other than the controller, managers and appointed data controllers without expressed consent from the interested party, except in the case of communications to third parties which are necessary for the purpose of processing the request made by the interested party.


The individual concerned may assert his or her rights as defined in Art 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 No 196 and all  other amendments, by addressing the Data Controller. In particular, pursuant to Art 7, the interested party is entitled to receive confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data which refers to him or her, even if it has not yet been recorded, and to have this data communicated to him or her in an intelligible form. The individual concerned is entitled to obtain indications as to: a) the origins of the personal data; b) the purposes and procedures of the data processing; c) the logic applied in the event of any processing carried out through the use of electronic tools; d) the personal details of the controller, of the managers and appointed representatives pursuant to article 5, comma 2; e) the entities and kinds of entities to which the personal data may be communicated or made known, in their capacity as the appointed representative in the territory of the State, as managers or employees. The interested party is entitled to: a) have data updated, rectified or, when of interest, to request data integration; b) have data removed, transformed into an anonymous format or stop the processing of data in violation of law, including the retention of data which is not necessary for the purpose the data was collected and subsequently processed; c) obtain proof that the operations, as well as any relevant content, as outlined in a) and b) have been made known to whom the data has been communicated or circulated, except if this would be impossible or disproportionately costly in comparison to the protected right. The interested party is entitled to fully or partially oppose: a) the processing of data that pertains to him or her, for legitimate reasons, except when this relates to the collection of said data; b) the processing of data that pertains to him or her, for the purposes of sending direct advertising or sales material and for carrying out market research or commercial communications.
